
Emma is a Managing Partner at Glenara with 20 years' experience in infrastructure and energy finance, with a focus on structured, early-stage and growth energy transition investments across Europe, North America and emerging markets. Emma has held leadership roles at Fidelity International, Ares Management, AMP Capital and NIBC, combining expertise in mezzanine and senior debt with a strong track record in originating, structuring and managing capital for complex infrastructure and energy assets.
Prior to Glenara, Emma was Head of Infrastructure Debt at Fidelity International, responsible for launching the firm's private credit strategies in energy transition and sustainable infrastructure. Emma previously served as Partner and Head of the European Infrastructure Debt platform at AMP Capital and, following its acquisition, at Ares Management, where she led fundraising and investment efforts for three vintages of global subordinated infrastructure debt funds, achieving a less than 0.05% capital loss track record and delivering consistent returns. She served on the Infrastructure Debt Investment Committee and managed sponsor and investor relationships across Europe.
Earlier in her career, Emma held infrastructure finance roles at NIBC Bank and worked in French and emerging market renewable energy project development with Nur Energie. She began her career as a lawyer at Allen & Overy, specialising in project and energy finance.
Emma currently serves on several advisory and investment boards, including the UNDRR Investment Advisory Board, where she co-chairs efforts to structure private sector investment products for climate adaptation. She sits on the Investment Committee for Northcore Capital, a global Article 9 fund investing across equity and credit in sustainable infrastructure. She has been recognised as a rising star in asset management by Financial News and has spoken at forums including the UN General Assembly, COP28 and the BBC Today Programme.
She holds a BA from the University of Oxford and an MA in Conflict Transformation, and is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and FCA registered.

Justine is a Managing Partner at Glenara with over 20 years' experience in energy transition investments, business development, M&A and P&L management across renewable energy markets in Europe, the Americas, APAC and Africa, with leadership roles at Vortex Energy, Vitol, General Electric, SSE Renewables and Airtricity. Her transaction expertise spans over $3 billion in deals across 18GW+ of assets including wind, solar, storage, hydro, flexible generation and emerging green technologies.
Prior to Glenara, Justine served as Director of Renewables at Vitol and CEO of Vortex Energy, where she oversaw the acquisition and integration of Vortex Energy Poland, transforming it into an IPP with $1 billion in committed capital. She managed a 5GW development pipeline across 2GW of battery storage, 2GW of solar PV and 1GW of wind, successfully commercialising 110MW into construction with secured PPA, financing and capital recycling.
At GE Renewables, she led the Global Partnering and Development P&L, managing a 60-person co-development team and delivering a 5GW new development pipeline and a total portfolio of approximately 6GW across EMEA, the Americas and APAC. Notable achievements include securing the largest onshore wind deals in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres at 650MW and 1.2GW respectively. She brought deep expertise in structuring PPAs across large-scale renewable energy projects.
At GE EFS, she managed strategy, origination and execution of investments across the capital structure and energy spectrum in Europe. Key transactions include the €800 million acquisition and financing of Europe's largest single-site onshore wind farm and negotiating the world's largest corporate wind PPA with Norsk Hydro in JV with Macquarie. She delivered $293 million in equity and debt transactions over two years.
Earlier at SSE Renewables, she executed £200 million in acquisitions and strategic investments and £70 million in non-strategic asset disposals across a 160MW portfolio, while navigating complex joint ventures and multiparty contracts on £250 million of investments.
She holds an Executive MBA from Hult Ashridge (Distinction, joint highest GPA), a Diploma in Financial Management from Dublin Business School, a Master's in Social Anthropology from Queen's University Belfast, and an MSc from the University of Silesia.

Sean is a Managing Partner at Glenara with over 25 years' experience in investing, asset management and financing across infrastructure asset classes, with transaction experience exceeding £2.5 billion across 20+ buy-side deals spanning renewable energy, utilities, transport and digital infrastructure.
Prior to Glenara, Sean co-headed the Octopus Sustainable Infrastructure Fund at Octopus Investments, focusing on energy transition including renewables, storage, mobility and digital infrastructure. Previously, he was Senior Director and Fund Manager at Aviva Investors, where he managed infrastructure equity mandates across approximately £2 billion in AUM, with responsibility for investment strategy, deal origination, execution and fundraising. Earlier in his career, Sean held infrastructure finance and advisory roles at Balfour Beatty and RBC.
Throughout his career, Sean has worked extensively with institutional investors and governments, originating mid-market equity opportunities and serving as an active Non-Executive Director for platform companies. His deal experience spans greenfield, brownfield and company investments across private equity to core strategies, and his advisory background covers corporate finance, project financing and M&A.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, and is a CFA Charterholder.
